We built 828 to offer something different. Solid perfume that wears close to the skin, made from ingredients you can actually trust. It’s fragrance that aligns with your values, fits into your rhythm, and still makes you feel like the most you version of yourself.
We Started 828 With A Newborn In One Hand And A Problem In The Other.
After our daughter was born, everything shifted. Fragrance, something we used to love, suddenly didn’t feel safe anymore. The idea of spraying something full of alcohol and synthetic ingredients near our baby just didn’t sit right.
When we found a solid scent that felt safer to wear, it sparked something. What if there was a way to create perfume that smelled amazing, but felt better to use—something clean, subtle, and made for real life?
That question became the start of 828 Aroma. Today, every scent we make reflects that original moment: a desire to feel like ourselves again, without compromising what matters.
Why 828?
The name 828 comes from Romans 8:28.
“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
It’s a quiet reminder of where this journey began, and who we’ve trusted to guide it.
This business has grown through grace, grit, and a lot of answered prayers. The name 828 felt like the right way to honour that—subtle, intentional, and rooted in purpose.
