While all of our products are made with care in small batches, we understand that sometimes things happen in transit or production. This page outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and everything in between.

Important Policies to Know

• Due to the nature of personal fragrance and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges for scent preference. All 828 purchases are final sale unless there’s a defect or issue with your order.
  
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
  
• If a product shows signs of use or tampering, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange.
  
• We are unable to accept international returns or exchanges at this time. Thank you for understanding.
  
• All eligible exchanges are free of charge. A small return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for returns (if applicable).
  
• We encourage you to reuse your original shipping box when sending back eligible items. The we and the planet thank you.
  

Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive a confirmation once complete.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged or there’s an issue with the product, please email us at support@828aroma.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

A Note on Our Scents & Sanitary Standards

Because we create clean, alcohol-free scents that are applied directly to your skin, we follow strict sanitary guidelines, which means we’re unable to resell returned fragrances, even if they’ve only been lightly tested.
